Kolter, a Top 100 privately owned New Home Builder is searching for a New Homes Guide at Cresswind Wesley Chapel.

Position Summary:

The New Home Guide will be responsible for qualifying prospects, a consultative presentation style, working with new home prospects throughout/following the home buying process, building relationships with Brokers/Realtors in the area, processing required documents, populating reports accurately, and ensuring sales environment is always maintained in excellent condition. Our proven system will ensure your success when embraced and followed.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet prospects
  • Demonstrate in accordance with company policies
  • Assist prospects in their search for a home
  • Assist in creating agreements for prospects to sell homes
  • Prepare the sales center for opening daily
  • Conduct broker meetings
  • Foster relationships with purchasers to increase referral rates
  • Assist in driving traffic to the community
  • Provide direction/insight to Marketing Department
  • Shop competition and perform market studies to assess competition, pricing, marketing, and target market

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2+ years in New Home Sales is a requirement
  • Strong understanding of customer service
  • Excellent analytical, creative thinking, leadership, problem-solving, interpersonal, negotiation, organizational, project management, and time management skills
  • Manage multiple priorities in a timely and professional manner with strong attention to detail with limited supervision
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Effectively and professionally communicate (in oral and written form) with internal and external customers
  • Demonstrate commitment to integrity, company values, customer-focus, and established policies and procedures
  • Display professional appearance and manner
  • Real Estate license is preferred
  • Qualified candidates must be enthusiastic, positive, organized, tenacious, detail-oriented, computer literate, and have strong listening, communication, negotiation skills, and work well with others in a productive office environment.

Pay:

·       $300,000 annually

Schedule:

  • Office Hours 10a to 6pm (Before or after hours required as needed)
  • Must work weekends
