ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Update and assist in managing various websites including but not limited to:   
    • Company websites   
    • Realtor.com   
    • Google   
    • Google Maps   
    • MLS
    • Move.com   
    • New Home Source   
    • Merchant Circle   
    • Kolter Web Blog   
    • Palm Beach Post   
    • Active Rain Blog   
    • Photo websites (Flickr)   
    • You Tube   
    • Facebook   
    • X   
    • RSS Feeds
  • Create community handouts (HOA, schools, pricing sheets, financing sales sheets, sales policies and procedures, grand opening, etc.).   
  • Maintain inventory on marketing supplies at the sales centers.   
  • Assist with grand openings.   
  • Assist with broker promotions and presentations.
  • May be required to attend events on occasion.
  • Assist in maintaining CRM database.     
  • Prepare marketing and training materials for staff, including name badges, manuals, training agendas and business cards.   
  • Keep sales forms accessible and updated for sales centers.    
  • Assist in compiling contract packages and special flyers for sales centers.    
  • Field Better Business Bureau inquiries, respond accordingly.    
  • Cross check sales staff data to various real estate websites.   
  • Answer and forward phone calls made to corporate from Purchasers to appropriate sales centers.
  • Compile information and processing applications for memberships.
  • Arrange and schedule secret shopping of sales staff as needed.
  • Arrange and schedule video tours as needed.
  • Arrange for post-prospect interviews with a research company as needed.
  • Assist Senior Vice President with travel, hotel, training and seminar arrangements, special reports, filing, scanning, and miscellaneous projects.
  • Code invoices and receipts for sales department.   
  • Research invoice discrepancies, request W-9 forms.
