Paloma, by Kolter Homes in Downtown Palm Beach Gardens, has recorded nine new home sales in the month of September, according to Project Manager Scott Harala.  The sales include luxury single-family homes as well as their new townhome product.

“We’ve continued to see increasing interest in the community over the last couple of months, due to the fantastic home features and community we have as well as the exciting things going on in the Gardens area,” continues Harala.

Five single-family home designs are available for move-in before the New Year, ranging in size from 2,019 to 3,442 square feet of air-conditioned living space, with prices beginning in the mid $300,000s.  Highlights of these spacious homes include gourmet kitchens with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, impact resistant windows and doors and long, spanning water views.  A resort-style Clubhouse with oversized pool, catering kitchen, fitness center, lounge, and outdoor bar creates an idyllic setting for homeowners.
