<p>WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. &#8212; The Kolter Group, LLC, a West Palm Beach private investment firm focused on real estate development, investment and construction, has acquired Seasons on Lake Lanier, north of Atlanta in Gainesville, Georgia from Wachovia. </p>
<p> The acquisition of Seasons on Lake Lanier includes 14 fully furnished model homes, 45 complete or partially complete homes, 169 developed lots, 147 partially developed lots and 290 approved-but-raw lots. There are also 30 boat slips on Lake Lanier.  Plans also include a large clubhouse amenity which is not yet built.  The purchase price was not disclosed.</p>

<p>“PGA Village Verano is a testament to the positive impact of The PGA brand both globally and in our own backyard,” said PGA of America CEO Joe Steranka. “PGA Village Verano will present PGA professionals with new opportunities to enhance their lifestyle, as well as enable consumers to play, stay, live and learn the game.”  PGA Village Verano currently has about 70 homes and is immediately south of the original flagship PGA Village. Conceptualized by Kolter Homes, <a href="http://pgavillageverano.com">PGA Village Verano</a> is an all-inclusive, full-service luxury 3,000-acre resort-style community.</p>

<p>WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. &#8212; Kolter Land Partners, LLC, a privately-owned land acquisition and development firm based in Palm Beach County, has acquired Victoria Park in DeLand from The St. Joe Company.</p>
<p>The acquisition of Victoria Park includes seven single-family homes and 20 town homes built by The St. Joe Company; 436 fully developed home sites, 88 partially developed home sites, 1,879 undeveloped home sites on 380 acres; a 2.2-acre commercial site and a Ron Garl-designed golf course with clubhouse and equipment.  The purchase price was not disclosed.</p>
<p>“We are pleased to acquire such a quality project with over 1,200 existing residences, which establishes a great foundation for our plans to complete the development of Victoria Park,” Harvey said.</p>
<p>Kolter Land Partners, LLC is the land acquisition affiliate of The Kolter Group, the West Palm Beach-based real estate development, investment and construction company that is also developing the central Florida communities of Grande Oaks at Heathrow and Lake Charm in Seminole County and Calabria in West Orange and other projects throughout Florida and the southeastern United States.</p>
<p>Kolter plans to initially focus on selling out the existing inventory at Victoria Park, support existing builders in the community and to start bringing in new builders after the first of the year.</p>

<p>“We’ve continued to see increasing interest in the community over the last couple of months, due to the fantastic home features and community we have as well as the exciting things going on in the Gardens area,” continues Harala.</p>
<p>Five single-family home designs are available for move-in before the New Year, ranging in size from 2,019 to 3,442 square feet of air-conditioned living space, with prices beginning in the mid $300,000s.  Highlights of these spacious homes include gourmet kitchens with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, impact resistant windows and doors and long, spanning water views.  A resort-style Clubhouse with oversized pool, catering kitchen, fitness center, lounge, and outdoor bar creates an idyllic setting for homeowners.</p>
<p>In addition to the single-family homes, five brand new townhome designs have recently been released. Starting in the upper $200,000s and available from 1,746 to 2,330 air-conditioned square feet, these luxury townhomes feature kitchens with 42” upper maple cabinetry and stainless steel appliances, 2-car garages with oversized brick paver driveways and covered lanais with large backyards for entertaining.  This neighborhood is complimented with its own resort-style pool, and provides a low-maintenance lifestyle in an ideal location.</p>

<p>“We’re showcasing a few different models, so that people can really visualize their options.  They can tour our larger, two-story home as well as designs with the master bedroom downstairs or a single-story home.  For the decorated Dulce model, we worked with The Interiors Group to create a home that feels open with contemporary accents,” said Scott Harala, project manager for Kolter Homes.</p>
