KOLTER HOMES CLIENT REGISTRATION POLICY

Cooperating Broker Pre-Registration - Cooperating Brokers may pre-register a Client via email a minimum of 24 hours BEFORE Client's 1st Visit. In order for Registration to be valid, Client must be new to Kolter Homes (has never visited a community or registered online) and confirm Cooperating Broker representation upon arrival for 1st Visit. With the exception of community Grand Openings, Broker will not need to be present on the 1st Visit so long as previous process was followed.

Client On-site Registration - Broker must be present upon Client’s initial visit to the community and complete a Broker Registration Form at that time. 

Client Representation Period - Client shall be deemed to be registered to Cooperating Broker for a period of  ninety (90) days.

Commission - Developer’s Sales Broker agrees to pay Cooperating Broker a commission on the “Net Purchase Price” as defined in the “New Sales Cooperating Broker Registration Agreement”.
