Community Lifestyle
Ahhh, finally a place in Florida offering a Sense of Community. Here, you have of a sense of belonging, a feeling that neighbors matter to one another and a shared desire to live within a protected natural landscape alive with wildlife and preserves. It is the natural elements of Canopy Creek that provide the idyllic setting. The heavily vegetated private and shared land helps create a beautiful, neighborly community; qualities many Americans feel are currently missing from contemporary housing developments. Growing up in Canopy Creek will give your children a sense of freedom that would be difficult to find in the usual neighborhood. This community spirit and the natural environment of Canopy Creek are particularly important for providing a nurturing environment for children to grow.
The Creek Club
The Canopy Creek Club is your gathering place. Located in the heart of the gated Canopy Creek community, the clubhouse promises to host some of your family's most precious memories. The 5500 square foot stone building features a state-of-the-art fitness center complete with kids play room, showers and changing facilities. You and your family are sure to make this the place to come to unwind over a game of pool with friends, take a dip in the crystal blue pool, host a Superbowl party, share a play date in the tot-lot playground, enjoy a brisk game of basketball or just sit on the patio and watch the sunset next to the outdoor fireplace.
Parks
Take a quick stroll and you are sure to visit one of the many nature parks throughout Canopy Creek. Each unique park features a different element to enlighten your senses. All of the beautiful neighborhood parks will be equipped with benches, and picnic tables. Most will also offer grills and play areas for your family to enjoy. These parks also feature trees that were saved from other parts of the community.
Ball fields
The crack of the bat hitting the ball and the cheers of a youth soccer team scoring a goal are the sounds of childhood that we are planning for Canopy Creek. Yes, this gated community is preparing to offer its own ball fields! Stroll out your front door to watch the big game. Get together with friends for a last minute softball game!
Dog Park
Simple pleasures. Simple pure joy is reflected in their eyes as they eagerly run up to meet the newest arrival and their newest best friend. Such is life at the dog park at Canopy Creek. The happiness is contagious and laughter is often heard from the small groupings of owners. Conversations start easy with the dogs being the perfect catalyst. It reminds me of when my children were young and how very quickly one became acquainted with and often friends with one another
