Construction Coordinator

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role for someone who thrives on organization, communication, and keeping construction projects running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Be the organizational hub for multiple construction projects from start to close
• Prepare and manage job files, start packages, and pre-construction binders
• Coordinate plans, permits, inspections, and documentation
• Support Construction Managers with daily project needs and timely updates
• Communicate with vendors and utility companies to manage permits, accounts, billing, and payments
• Process purchase orders, change orders, EPOs, invoices, and check requests
• Maintain accurate project data in BuildPro, LandDev 6x, and tracking spreadsheets
• Partner with the Closing Department to ensure seamless, mistake-free closings
• Deliver prompt, professional responses to internal teams and vendors

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma required
• One year of work experience may substitute for one year of education (up to four years) with demonstrated increasing responsibility
• Minimum one year of related experience in a similar role
• Experience with a high-volume residential builder strongly preferred
