Summary

As Director of Regional Marketing Strategy, you'll lead go-to-market plans, elevate lifestyle positioning, and drive demand across premier communities. Lead market-level growth and drive brand, traffic, and conversion performances across markets through data-driven, high-impact marketing. Own community launches, optimize performance, and partner with divisions to drive qualified traffic. This is a high-impact role for a strategic marketer who knows how to turn insight into results. Work location will be flexible. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for each specific geographic area, driving brand awareness, traffic and customer engagement. This includes identifying target markets and crafting customized marketing strategies to address local needs. 
  • Function as main point of contact for division teams and travel to meet regularly with each division, visit communities and collaborate with sales and marketing teams on execution. 
  • Work closely with Division Presidents and Sales Teams to understand their challenges and meet their sales objectives and ensure that marketing strategies effectively support sales efforts and drive incremental traffic and sales. 
  • Oversee marketing for new community launches, including lead-up campaigns, market introductions, and integrated go-to-market plans. Lead deep dive process/plans for struggling or focus communities. 
  • Plan and oversee various marketing campaigns, including events, promotions, and digital marketing initiatives working with full marketing team in creating a holistic strategy and monitoring campaign effectiveness utilizing data analytics to optimize performances.
  • Plan and direct lifestyle, amenity and golf marketing initiatives, enhancing lifestyle positioning and buyer engagement within lifestyle-focused communities. 
  • Work with SVP of Marketing and Director of Marketing to create standard operating procedures and processes and best practices. 
  • Responsible for overseeing the marketing budget, ensuring that all activities are within budget and aligned with the company's financial goals.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

  • Associate Degree in Management, Marketing, or related field strongly preferred.  One year of work experience may substitute for one year of the required education up to a maximum of four years substitution.  Where substitution is accepted, applicants must demonstrate increased knowledge-base and progressively more challenging work assignments
  • Minimum of five years related experience in a similar position, preferably with a high-volume builder
