Hi,
neighbor!
Warm weather, warm neighbors, and an abundance
of activities in which to get involved are just some
of the things that make PGA Village Verano special.
Here at Verano it is not unusual to see residents
out for a bike ride, on a walk, or visiting by the
pool. PGA Village Verano wants to make pet
residents happy as well, with a private dog park that
is spacious and green—providing dogs and their
parents the perfect spot to congregate, run, and
enjoy fun in the sun. Also, with dozens of social
clubs from which to choose, neighbors become fast
friends, sharing their passions and zest for living.
Club Talavera’s full-time Lifestyle and Activities
Director hosts a variety of special interest clubs
and classes to bring residents together in a relaxed,
friendly setting. Activities include everything from
golf events to yoga to photography. With the club’s
19,000-square-foot planned expansion, including
banquet space and a learning center, neighbors will
have infinite ways to gather, learn, and enjoy the
company of fellow residents. No matter what their
interest, PGA Village Verano homeowners can live
healthier, happier, and more social lives.
I’ve made many new friends
and even joined a book club
truly having the time of my life.
