Milestone Achievement

Construction has officially commenced on the clubhouse at Cresswind at Spring Haven, marking a significant milestone for Kolter Homes' active adult community in Newnan, Georgia. This week, the slab will be poured, and framing is set to begin within the next two weeks. The resident-only clubhouse is a key component of the lifestyle-focused amenities that define Kolter Homes’ next-generation, master-planned communities across the Southeast.

Community Progress

“As we celebrate the one-year anniversary of Cresswind at Spring Haven, it’s gratifying to see progress on our resident-only clubhouse,” says Andrew Hitch, community director at Cresswind at Spring Haven. “This space will soon become the social and activity hub for our residents.”

Successful First Year

In its first year, the community has achieved remarkable success with 150 homes sold, underscoring the strong demand for the Cresswind lifestyle. “With the clubhouse construction underway and a new phase released offering additional homesites—including options with daylight basements—interest in the community continues to grow,” adds Hitch. “Residents and future homeowners are excited about the opportunities to engage, stay active, and enjoy all that Spring Haven offers.”

Clubhouse Features

Scheduled to open in early 2026, the lakeview clubhouse will serve as the community’s social center and gathering place. Thoughtfully designed to reflect the interests and lifestyle of today’s active adults, Club Cresswind at Spring Haven will feature a relaxing lounge, social and game rooms, dedicated event spaces, and an arts and crafts studio. For those focused on wellness, the clubhouse will also offer a cardio studio and the state-of-the-art Cresswind SmartFIT Training Center powered by EGYM, perfect for group fitness and personalized workouts.

Outdoor Amenities

Outdoor amenities will include pickleball and tennis courts, a resort-style pool with a sundeck and sun shelves, scenic access to two community lakes, an event lawn, and welcoming spaces for outdoor socialization. Residents will also benefit from a full-time, on-site lifestyle director responsible for coordinating a wide range of clubs, events, and activities—many led by residents—to foster the vibrant, connected lifestyle Cresswind communities are known for.

Priced from the high-$300,000s to $800,000s, Cresswind at Spring Haven offers 12 thoughtfully designed single-family home plans tailored for active adult living. Homes range from two to five bedrooms and approximately 1,500 to more than 4,000 square feet of living space. Each design combines quality, comfort, and style, featuring open-concept layouts, upgraded finishes, and a variety of personalization options to suit individual tastes and preferences.

Community Overview

Upon completion, Cresswind at Spring Haven will include approximately 700 homes, with over 150 sold since the community’s 2024 spring debut. The model home park, showcasing 11 beautifully decorated model homes, is open daily for tours at 24 Catalina Court in Newnan.
