On March 9, 2026, Port St. Lucie leaders agreed to sell the land to Costco for approximately $6 million, allowing the retailer to move forward with plans for the project.
The future retail location would sit next to Costco’s 1.87-million-square-foot cold and dry storage depot currently under development in Port St. Lucie, a large-scale logistics facility expected to support Costco operations throughout Florida.
