Annual Cresswind Kolter Cup by Kolter Homes Brings Eight Communities Together
More than 250 players from eight Kolter Homes and Cresswind communities competed in the fourth annual pickleball tournament at PGA Village Verano in Port St. Lucie.

A Celebration of Pickleball, Community and Connection
Kolter Homes recently hosted its fourth annual Cresswind Kolter Cup at PGA Village Verano in Port St. Lucie, Florida. The annual pickleball tournament welcomed more than 250 players representing eight Cresswind and Kolter Homes communities across Georgia, Florida, North Carolina and South Carolina.
Throughout the tournament, players competed in 588 matches across multiple skill divisions. Played in a doubles team format, the tournament awarded points for each match win, with the community earning the highest overall point total crowned the Cresswind Kolter Cup champion.
This year, PGA Village Verano White claimed the overall title, followed by Cresswind Georgia at Twin Lakes in second place and Cresswind Palm Beach at Westlake in third.

Overall Winners
PGA Village Verano White claimed the overall title, with Cresswind Georgia at Twin Lakes placing second and Cresswind Palm Beach at Westlake placing third.
Division Highlights
PGA Village Verano White earned wins across multiple women’s, men’s and mixed doubles divisions, while Cresswind Georgia at Twin Lakes and Cresswind Lakewood Ranch also captured division titles.
Tournament Celebration
The event concluded with an awards banquet inside the PGA Village Verano clubhouse, where players and residents gathered to celebrate the competition.

The event was powered by Sunset and Dinks Pickleball, whose leadership and organization helped bring the tournament to life from start to finish.
