Cresswind Communities Highlighted During the Atlanta Parade of Homes
Kolter Homes showcased three decorated model homes during the 2026 Atlanta Parade of Homes, giving visitors the opportunity to explore new floorplans, thoughtful design details and lifestyle-focused communities in the metro Atlanta area.
The featured homes were located at two Cresswind communities: Cresswind Georgia at Twin Lakes in Hoschton and Cresswind at Spring Haven in Newnan.
Hosted annually by the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association, the Atlanta Parade of Homes featured new homes throughout metro Atlanta, including professionally decorated models, custom builds, townhomes and master-planned communities. The 2026 event took place over three weekends in April and May.
A Look at the Featured Cresswind Communities
Kolter Homes highlighted two of its 55+ Cresswind communities in Georgia, each designed around connection, wellness, recreation and flexible home design. Visitors experienced model homes that showcased how open layouts, private retreats, indoor-outdoor living and personalization options can support the way today’s homebuyers want to live.

Hazel Model at Cresswind Georgia at Twin Lakes
At Cresswind Georgia at Twin Lakes, Parade of Homes visitors toured the Hazel model home in a scenic lakeside community designed for wellness, recreation and connection.
The Hazel floorplan is designed around open living with intentional separation of private spaces. A central kitchen anchors the home with extensive cabinetry, abundant counter space and a walk-in pantry, while a large island connects directly to the dining area and great room.
The owner’s suite is located at the rear of the home and includes coffered ceilings, dual quartz vanities, an oversized shower and a spacious walk-in closet. Secondary bedrooms are positioned toward the front of the home, including a private en suite guest bathroom.
The plan offers multiple personalization options, including a sunroom, screened porch, golf cart garage, bonus room configurations and basement layouts. The Hazel includes three bedrooms, three bathrooms and 2,167 square feet of living space.
Lakefront Lifestyle at Cresswind Georgia at Twin Lakes
Set within a lakeside setting, Cresswind Georgia at Twin Lakes emphasizes wellness, recreation and social connection. Residents enjoy kayaking and fishing on two scenic lakes, sports courts, walking trails, a 33-court pickleball complex, resort-style pool, event lawn and community garden.
Club Cresswind serves as the resident clubhouse and features indoor pool facilities, an arts and crafts studio, flexible gathering spaces and a SmartFIT Training Center powered by EGYM. Homebuyers can also explore current opportunities on the community’s available homes page.
Caroline Model at Cresswind at Spring Haven
At Cresswind at Spring Haven, visitors toured the Caroline model, a single-level home designed for connected living and everyday flexibility.
The Caroline floorplan emphasizes connected living with a streamlined single-level design that opens the main living area to a covered lanai through a wide triple-slider door. The layout enhances natural light and extends the living space outdoors while maintaining separation between private and shared areas.
The owner’s suite is located at the rear of the home for privacy, while secondary bedrooms are positioned toward the front for everyday functionality. Personalization options include an extended garage, in-law suite configuration, a secondary owner’s suite layout and an optional second-story bonus room.
The Caroline offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,708 square feet of living space.
Sydney Model at Cresswind at Spring Haven
The Sydney model gave Parade of Homes visitors another look at the flexible home designs available at Cresswind at Spring Haven.
The Sydney floorplan is designed for entertaining and flexible living, featuring an open-concept layout where the kitchen, dining and great room connect into one unified space. Large windows and lanai access enhance natural light and strengthen indoor-outdoor flow.
A large eat-in island anchors the kitchen, while the dining and great room accommodate both formal entertaining and everyday living. The owner’s suite includes tray ceilings, dual quartz vanities, an oversized shower and a large walk-in closet with an optional island.
Secondary bedrooms each include en suite bathrooms and are located at the front of the home, separated by a flexible living area. That space, along with an additional bedroom, can be reconfigured into a secondary owner’s suite or in-law suite. Additional options include a fourth bedroom, bonus room and a freestanding tub in the owner’s bath.
The Sydney offers three bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms and 2,809 square feet of living space.
Amenities and Lifestyle at Cresswind at Spring Haven
Cresswind at Spring Haven offers a Newnan location with thoughtfully designed homes and amenities centered around connection, wellness and recreation. Club Cresswind is planned as the social hub of the community, with spaces designed for fitness, creativity, gathering and year-round lifestyle programming.
