In his new role, Donovan will oversee all Kolter Homes operations throughout the Carolinas, with responsibility for strategic planning, operational performance, and the successful execution of the division’s expanding portfolio of communities.
Since joining Kolter Homes in October 2021, Donovan has served as a community director in the Charlotte market, where he has been instrumental in driving community-level performance. He brings prior homebuilding leadership experience with D.R. Horton and Genesis Designer Homes and is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University.
Robin Boyce: Senior Director of Purchasing, Carolinas
