Look for efficiency with energy-efficient appliances that conserve resources, natural gas cooktop, dryer and water heaters, water saving faucet heads and programmable thermostats.

Look for healthy with low VOC carpet and paint for superior air quality, built-in pest control systems that distribute pest control materials in tubes within home walls to limit contact with family and pets, and fresh air intact systems to improve indoor air quality.

Look for savings with spray foam insulation, insulated sealed duct conditioned air distribution systems, and double-pane insulated Low E impact windows and doors to reduce energy costs.
