Directions

Sales Location- I-95 to Exit 101 East/(FL-76)Kanner Hwy. Go about 1/4 Mile east and Turn RIGHT onto SE Cove Rd, 3/10 of a mile the Martin County Sales Center is on the right located in our Tres Belle Community. Sales information for Canopy Creek is presented at the Martin County Sales Center located within Tres Belle.

Community Location- From Florida Turnpike to Exit 133 (SR714/Martin Highway). At Martin Highway/714 make a left (west) travel 1.6 miles and Canopy Creek will be on the right.

From I-95 Exit 102 Martin County Road 713 (SW Highmeadows Road). Take Highmeadows for 2.6 miles to Martin Highway. Make a left at Martin Highway (west) and travel 1.9 miles and Canopy Creek is on the right.
